hello

My name is Destry Kiser and I am a husband, father, and graphic designer. My wife and I live in Portage, MI. We currently have three kids. We have a daughter, Adley Rae (July 2017), one son, Beau Brixton (June 2020), and another daughter, Esme Soleil (February 2022). All three are quite a handful but we love them dearly and couldn’t imagine life without them even though we miss going out to eat at night. Did I mention we love food?! We do. In addition to food, I like watching shows/movies, spending time with family, going on walks/runs and playing card/board games (I am very competitive).

I currently work at Kalamazoo RESA as their Digital Media Specialist in the Communications Department. I love everything about my job. I love design and creating new things from scratch. In layman's terms, I like to “make things look pretty.” Papyrus, Copperplate, and Comic Sans are not pretty.

I graduated with a Graphic Design degree and still do some freelance design work when needed. If you are interested, feel free to send me an email. I should respond relatively quickly.
